Sarah Verschoor

Project Coordinator

Sarah works with the DRK team on fundraising capacity building, coaching, and partnerships.

Previously, Sarah pursued the Stanford Community Impact Fellowship and various projects in project management and writing, including for the Stanford Deliberative Democracy Lab, Save Cambodia, and the Stanford Law School. Before joining DRK, she worked as a Program Assistant for Friendly Voices, a nonprofit that virtually connects isolated seniors with volunteers. There, she helped coordinate grant reporting requirements and assisted with data cleanup.

Sarah graduated from Stanford University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Data Science. There, she pursued several leadership positions in community-oriented organizations, such as with the Stanford Haas Center for Public Service and the Cambodian Student Association that earned her the 2021 Stanford Asian Pacific American Alumni Club Distinguished Student Award in Public Service. With organizations on and off-campus, Sarah coordinated events and conferences, such as an event at the United Nations in Geneva.
