Silmara Connors

Silmara is the Office Manager of DRK’s Boston office and Project Coordinator supporting Chief Organizational Effectiveness Officer Anika Warren Wood and Managing Director Matthew Denn. Silmara manages the Boston office and provides project support related to DRK’s website and annual publications.

Before joining DRK, Silmara was a personal assistant providing comprehensive administrative and personal support for families in the greater Boston area. While a personal assistant, Silmara’s wide-ranging scope of responsibilities included appointment scheduling, travel coordination, vendor relations, and event-planning functions. Silmara is trilingual, speaking English, Spanish, and Portuguese.

Silmara received her Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Business Administration from Becker College in Worcester, MA.
