Marloes Robben
Associate - Europe
Marloes works with the Draper Richards Kaplan Foundation team to identify and support innovative social entrepreneurs across Europe. In her role, she supports mission-driven leaders who are creating meaningful impact in their communities.
Before joining DRK, Marloes spent over six years at Bain & Company, where she advised private sector clients on strategic initiatives such as launching new business units and developing sustainability strategies. She also completed an externship in Australia for UNHCR, focusing on corporate partnerships and strengthening the organization’s future-readiness.
Marloes holds a Master of Science in International Management/CEMS from Erasmus University Rotterdam and a Bachelor of Science in Public Administration and Organization Sciences from Utrecht University. Her passion for social impact was ignited during her time at university, where she worked at a student consultancy group (The Young Consultant) focused on supporting social impact organizations.
