Kristina Hudelson
Senior Manager of Legal Operations and Fund Management
Kristina is the Senior Manager of Legal Operations and Fund Management based in DRK’s Menlo Park office. She supports DRK’s deal and portfolio teams with diligence and grant management processes.
Before joining the DRK team, Kristina was a paralegal and office manager in boutique firms around the San Francisco Bay Area. She has assisted attorneys with corporate formations and governance, stock and real estate transactions, civil litigation, insurance subrogation claims, and estate planning. In her time outside of work, she enjoys volunteering as a supervisor for The Taylor Family Foundation, a non-profit organization based in Livermore, California. She also performs in community theater productions.
Kristina graduated with honors from Santa Clara University where she received her Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Italian. She also has a Masters of Arts in Educational Studies. She holds a certificate in Financial Success for Nonprofits from Cornell University and a certificate in Power & Influence for Positive Impact from the Harvard Business School.
