Team

Kristina is the Senior Manager of Legal Operations and Fund Management, based in DRK’s Menlo Park office, where she supports DRK’s deal and portfolio teams with diligence and grant management processes. She also provides guidance to the DRK teams in the U.S. and abroad regarding organizational governance and legal compliance matters, assists with onboarding portfolio organizations, and monitors and maintains integral policies and processes for DRK’s legal and organizational health.

Before joining the DRK team, Kristina was a paralegal and office manager in boutique firms around the San Francisco Bay Area. She has assisted attorneys with corporate formations and governance, stock and real estate transactions, civil litigation, insurance subrogation claims, and estate planning. In her time outside of work, she enjoys singing in a band with her husband and friends, traveling, and volunteering as an assistant director for the Mills High School Drama Program.

Kristina graduated with honors from Santa Clara University, where she received her Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Italian. She also has a Master of Arts degree in Educational Studies. She holds a certificate in Financial Success for Nonprofits from Cornell University and a certificate in Power & Influence for Positive Impact from the Harvard Business School.
