2025 Audacious Winners Include Braven, Imagine Worldwide, and Last Mile Health
The Audacious Project 2025 grantees include two DRK portfolio organizations:
- Braven, led by Aimée Eubanks Davis: Closing the college-to-career gap for low-income and first-generation college students in the United States by partnering with higher education and employers to prepare students for the workforce.
- Imagine Worldwide, led by Rapelang Rabana: Scaling solar-powered, offline edtech learning solutions to reach students across Malawi, Sierra Leone and Tanzania.
Additionally, the Audacious Project also reinvested in three organizations, including another DRK portfolio organization:
- Last Mile Health, led by Lisha McCormick: Saving the lives of women and children across the African continent by partnering with governments to train community health workers to deliver cost-effective primary care and transform health financing
Over eight years, The Audacious Project has focused on supporting bold ideas with the scale, flexibility, and multi-year funding required for paradigm-shifting, sustainable change. Backed by a courageous community of peer funders, the newest cohort joins a portfolio that secured $1.03B in commitments last year to bring transformative visions to life — from AI-powered medical breakthroughs to plastic-free oceans.
