Vineet Singal Featured in NYT Magazine as One of Five Visionary Tech Entrepreneurs Who Are Changing the World

In our confusing health care system, ‘‘patient’s rights’’ can seem like an empty promise. But 25-year-old Vineet Singal’s nonprofit enterprise, CareMessage, is trying to change that, by helping poor and disenfranchised patients across the United States become empowered health care consumers. Through his cloud-based enterprise, patients can receive messages ranging from appointment and medication reminders to complex self-management support for diabetes, congestive heart failure, depression and other diseases.
