Five years after returning from the Andes, armed with a biology and sociology degree, Gregg Treinish founded Adventure Scientists, a non-profit that uses the unique talents of professional climbers, sailors, explorers and adventures to reach remote places where they can collect samples and endure the field work that many scientists cannot.
