Prior to joining DRK, Susan was a litigation and enforcement associate with Ropes & Gray, where she worked with clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to nonprofit organizations and indigent individuals. Susan also served as Team Lead for education and criminal record-sealing matters for the firm’s pro bono medical-legal partnership.

Before becoming an attorney, Susan taught middle school special education as a Teach For America corps member. Susan received her JD from Harvard Law School, where she was a member of the Board of Student Advisers and worked with the Harvard Food Law & Policy Clinic and multiple government entities. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Government from Harvard College.
